Phase 2: Commercial Validation & B2B Roadshow (Q1 2027 – Q3 2027)

The €10 Million Seed-Capital Drive and Volume Securing

• Corporate Inception (Operations): Formal incorporation of KONTOR AIR Operations Osuuskunta  in Finland as the licensed operating entity. This cooperative  will manage future flight certificates (AOC), crew recruitment, and daily commercial flight activities, fully utilizing the technology licensed from Kontor Air T:mi. 

• The B2B Trade Show Offensive: Direct executive matchmaking at the major industrial trade fairs in Tampere (Logistiikka), Helsinki (Superpäivä), and Turku (Navigate).

• Securing Letters of Intent (LOIs): Gathering binding capacity pre-commitments for corporate passenger tickets and cargo contingents from the anchor tenants of the Baltic tech and manufacturing clusters (e.g., Wärtsilä, ABB, Meyer Turku).

• Corporate Prepaid Inception: Launching the "Hanse-Community-Model", allowing regional medium-sized enterprises to lock in preferential introductory tariffs via upfront volume commitments.
